Shipping

We generally take 1 to 4 business days to process an order for shipment (depending on demand volume); this is done the day after the purchase is made.

All items are wrapped and protected with polyethylene foam so that they arrive safely in your hands during transport.

Postal Delivery Service

Postal shipping is done through Correo Argentino.

Through the Tienda Avalon website, you can track your order, whether it's a national or international destination. You can see the terms and conditions at www.correoargentino.com.ar.

Delivery time conditions will be displayed when the tracking code is provided in the message tray of the account in which you placed the order.

All shipments have a tracking code, and it is the recipient's responsibility to track it. Tienda Avalon is not responsible when the order is not returned because it was not received at the address and/or picked up at the post office branch.

All shipments reach their destination, and those that do not will be returned to the sender (Tienda Avalon).

Shipments that are returned to Tienda Avalon will be notified to the buyer to reschedule delivery or pickup.

International Shipping Service

Shipping is done through Correo Argentino, which is the most economical and secure option on the market compared to companies like FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

If for any reason you would like to use a private courier, you can contact us through our communication channels to request it.

International shipments take approximately 15 to 20 days.

Customs costs in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

All international shipments will receive a tracking code so you can track its status when it is in transit, as well as obtain information about it at the customs office in the destination country for declaration.

All purchases with international shipping will have a 24-hour availability when pending payment via Western Union/PayPal/bank transfer. If payment is not made within that period, the reserved items will be released.

We are a solid company with experience in shipping inside and outside of Argentina. All shipments reach their destination, and those that are not received by the recipient are returned to the sender (Tienda Avalon).

Tienda Avalon is not responsible for shipping costs in cases where the buyer has entered incorrect information/typos/lack of declaration or customs payments at the destination, which prevents the package from reaching its destination.
